The quality of the sealing ring of the crane tube determines the larger tolerance and angle deviation to be compensated, and thus determines the wear condition. When a problem occurs, how to replace it?
a. Loosen the connecting screw, remove the crane tube and take out the old sealing ring;
b. Use gasoline to clean all parts of the rotary joint that are in contact with the sealing ring, and then apply a layer of grease to the new sealing ring;
c. Slowly rotate the outer ring of the crane tube and use a magnet to take out all the balls in the two raceways;
d. Exit the outer ring along the shaft and fold the inner and outer rings;
e. Take out the original dustproof ring or raceway sealing ring and put the new oil in the crane tube.
It should be noted that the rotary joint should be refilled with grease after replacing the new seal ring for the crane tube to avoid later wear.
