During the processing of the crane tube, it needs to be cut. In addition to the oxygen cutting described earlier, there are also common manual cutting.
The tools used for manual sawing are saw bow frame and saw blade, which are generally suitable for cutting pipes below DN200mm; the hacksaw blade can be divided into three specifications of coarse teeth, medium teeth, and fine teeth according to the number of teeth per 25mm length. There are 3 teeth involved in the cutting at the same time, otherwise it will be easy to jam the saw teeth, so the saw blade should be selected reasonably according to the wall thickness when sawing; generally speaking, fine-tooth saw blades should be used for crane pipes below DN40mm, and DN50~200mm crane pipes can be used Coarse tooth saw blade.
In order to ensure that the cutting section is perpendicular to the centerline of the tube, the cutting line of the crane tube must be drawn in the direction perpendicular to the centerline of the tube before sawing. The marking template can be made of thick paper and other materials that are not easy to break. The length is л* (D-2) and the width is 50~100mm. When scribing, align one side of the sample with the blanking size line, and make the sample tightly wrap the tube, and use a scribe or plaster pen to wrap around the side of the sample Draw a circle on the stainless steel tube.
When sawing, clamp the pipe on a pipe bench vise (also known as a pipe clamp). Always keep the saw blade perpendicular to the center line of the pipe during sawing. If the saw cut is found to be skewed, the saw bow can be offset in the opposite direction. After the saw line returns to the original line, then straighten the saw bow to continue sawing. When sawing a larger pipe, you can properly drip oil into the saw cut to reduce friction; when it is about to cut, the sawing speed should be slowed down and the strength should be It is small and must be sawn off, and some broken off can not be used instead of sawing, so as to avoid the deformation of the crane tube and affect the threading and installation quality.
When cutting the crane pipe manually, it is necessary to pay attention to: always keep the saw blade perpendicular to its centerline when sawing, so as to ensure its quality.
