1. Collect the bill of lading and delivery slip from the driver, and bring the necessary tools for loading to the loading platform.
2. Copy the vehicle number and check the certificate of the container. Check the steam tank to be installed. If there is any non-compliance, it is not necessary to install it; only one driver is allowed in the car, and the driver’s BP machine and mobile phone must be turned off.
3. After confirming that the steam tank is qualified, direct its alignment, and connect the static grounding after the steam tank is turned off.
4. Contact the type, tank number, and pipeline number with the pump house of the tank farm, change the loading process according to the type of loading, and set the loading volume of each truck through DCS.
5. Open the protective cover of the automobile tanker, connect the quick connector of the liquefied gas metal hose and the quick connector of the tanker receiving liquefied gas, and connect the gas-phase connector of the tanker and the gas-phase balance line metal hose quick connector.
6. Open the valve of the installed parking space, then open the root valve, and start to send oil from the DCS operation.
7. Notify the tank farm pump house to open the pump and load the truck.
8. During the loading operation, the oil loader must not leave the site, watch the liquid level and pressure of the tanker frequently, and achieve a clear division of labor and mutual cooperation.
9. When switching between LPG bicycle loading, it should be turned on first and then turned off.
10. When the last tanker is quickly loaded to the elevation, contact the tank farm and pump room 5 minutes in advance to close the valve (or stop the pump).
11. After the quantitative loading is completed, the second-stage valve is automatically closed and the loading valve on the tanker is closed. Open the cross-flare vent valve, vent the liquefied gas from the second-stage valve to the loading quick connector section to the flaring line, and then close the cross valve and loading valve. The second-stage valve of the loading line to the tank section is depressurized in the tank area.
12. Close the gas phase balance line valve, disconnect the loading and return gas quick connector.
13. After the oil distribution is completed, fill in the tonnage of oil distribution on the bill of lading and register it in the oil product register. If it is found that the actual oil quantity and the pre-delivery quantity do not match, the actual oil quantity shall prevail.
14. Seal the car cover, lock the lead seal, register the lead number, disconnect the static ground, and notify the driver to leave.
15. Summarize the tonnage of oil products in the oil product registration book that day, and check it with the flow display value.
16. Fill in records such as loading records and shifts.
