1. Performance
The low-temperature loading arm should be able to adapt to low-temperature operating conditions, have long service life, and be safe and reliable.
The low-temperature loading arm should be able to ensure the connection between the loading platform and the tanker, and meet the requirements of fluid circulation.
The convenience of replacing the rotary joint sealing ring should be considered in the overall design or component selection design. At the same time, for the safety of operation, it is necessary to prevent sparks from static electricity, friction or collision.

The seller shall provide inspection certificates of various materials when the materials used are delivered for inspection.
All materials and packaging materials within the manufacturing range shall be supplied by the seller. All equipment materials should be in accordance with the latest version of national/ministerial/industry/enterprise standards, specifications and regulations. All structural materials should be new, and their performance should comply with international standards or relevant domestic standards.
3. Structure
The low-temperature loading arm is composed of a column, a liquid phase arm, a gas recovery arm, a balance device, a nitrogen purge device, a static conductive device, a rotary joint, and an emergency shut-off valve.
The lower end of the column is equipped with a connecting base plate, which is fixed on the loading platform with 4 bolts.
Rotary joints require reliable sealing, flexible rotation, high strength, and long service life. The replacement method of the sealing ring is simple and convenient. The raw materials for manufacturing the low-temperature loading arm must have a quality certificate.
The horizontal balance device is used to balance the gravity of parts such as the outer arm and the vertical pipe, so that the loading arm is always in a balanced state.
