The sealing of the top loading cannot actually be fundamentally sealed, because the top of the tanker has irregular holes; the bottom loading crane tube can be used with the new tanker during the loading process through the quick connector to completely achieve the closed loading; the bottom Loading and unloading can recover 95% of the oil and gas generated during loading and unloading.
3. Easy to operate
The front end of the bottom loading crane tube is connected with the tanker by a quick connector, so that the on-site staff can easily operate the equipment and the operation can be completed on the flat ground; avoiding the need to go on the trestle and the tanker for high-altitude operations when operating the top loading crane tube. The bottom loading crane pipe can be installed in multiple positions at the same time. Once there are multiple varieties, and the top loading crane pipe needs to be equipped with the same multiple varieties, the tanker has been transferred several times, prolonging the loading time, reducing the production efficiency and increasing the loading cost. (The tanker consumes fuel and labor when moving). In addition, the crane tube is loaded at the bottom without opening the cover, avoiding rain, snow and other debris pollution.
4. Automatic control
The bottom loading crane pipe uses the mechanical part of the crane pipe and the automated fuel delivery system (such as pumps, flow meters, electro-hydraulic directional valves, anti-static systems) as a whole, so that the degree of automation is improved, and the loading crane pipe is input once by the operator. The quantitative information in the cargo can be sent at the same time for 1-4 varieties.
