Producs Description

Condensation + adsorption method

The combination of condensation and adsorption technology, based on the properties of the medium, can generally condense oil vapor to as low as -75°C (with multi-stage cooling possible). Alkanes with carbon chains longer than C3 are primarily condensed and recovered, achieving a recovery rate of over 90%. The remaining small amount of alkanes are sent to the adsorption system for adsorption treatment, and the qualified exhaust gas is emitted after adsorption; After desorption, a small amount of oil vapor returns to the system inlet for recirculation. The overall recovery rate can reach over 97%. The refrigeration temperature setting is designed and determined based on different operating conditions.
