FF Double-Walled Oil Tank

1. Our FFF double-layer oil tanks utilize China's exclusive internal mold forming manufacturing process. Compared to external mold forming, internally molded tanks feature:

- Vacuum-cured linings that eliminate airborne impurity contamination, resulting in smoother inner walls;

- Reduced likelihood of sludge buildup or impurity accumulation on tank walls during operation;

- Enhanced ease of cleaning.

2. FF double-layer oil tanks utilize a domestically exclusive retractable inner mold process. During tank demolding, the mold contracts, allowing the tank to automatically separate from the mold. In contrast, traditional molds employ pneumatic demolding, where the tank head vents at approximately 0.3MPa pressure, using air pressure and mold taper to push the tank out. This method risks damaging the tank before full curing. Moreover, resulting defects are often microscopic and difficult to detect, only gradually manifesting during service.

3. Process Advantages: FF double-walled oil tanks utilize a unique manufacturing process with full mechanical operation and computer control, resulting in consistent product quality. Traditional F-F double-walled oil tanks, on the other hand, utilize a combination of spraying and manual labor, which is significantly affected by human factors during the production process, resulting in inconsistent quality.
