Railway and highway oil loading arms are mainly used for loading and unloading fluid operation equipment of railway tank trucks and highway tank trucks. From the loading and unloading type, it can be divided into top loading and unloading and bottom loading and unloading. The transportable medium includes crude oil, gasoline, diesel, lubricating oil and other petroleum products; it can also transport concentrated sulfuric acid, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, molten sulfur, asphalt, carbon disulfide and other chemical products.
Loading arm is mainly composed of fixing, rotating, operating, balancing mechanisms and oil pipes. Among them, the slewing mechanism (slewing joint) is carefully manufactured with forged steel or aluminum alloy. It is equipped with double row ball bearings and special stainless steel sealing rings. It is flexible in rotation, reliable in sealing performance, and durable. The balance system includes counterweight, torsion spring, compression spring, tension spring and lead screw, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic balance types, all of which can be operated with a small force.
