Morning Presentations: Advancing Intelligent Flow Measurement

The morning session featured three impactful presentations by global and national experts:

Sonja Geenen, representing Mütec Instruments GmbH, delivered an insightful keynote titled "Precision Quantitative Intelligent Loading: Innovation and Efficiency in Solid Flow Metering Systems." She introduced Mütec's new series of solid flow meters designed for dusty, high-throughput environments. These devices enable operators to measure, record, and control the flow of solids with exceptional accuracy, even under fluctuating environmental conditions.

Dr. Wang Zhigang, Vice President of the Institute of Industrial Technology at SCUT, followed with a presentation on "Core Technologies and Collaborative Innovation in Lightweight Solid Material Transport and Packaging." He detailed how intelligent control systems can work seamlessly with packaging machinery and transport systems to minimize losses, reduce labor, and boost production flexibility.

Professor Zhang Zhenfeng from the University of South China presented "Airflow Balance and Metering Control in Pneumatic Conveying Systems." His research explored the dynamic relationship between gas flow, solid particles, and real-time feedback control, offering practical methods to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency in large-scale conveying environments.

Afternoon Presentations: Sustainability, Automation, and Future Readiness

In the afternoon, attention turned to environmental protection technologies, integrated automation, and system-wide intelligence:

Eike Frühbrodt of Mütec Instruments GmbH introduced advanced Online Moisture Analysis and Solid Material Detection Systems, which are gaining popularity in food, fertilizer, and mining sectors. These instruments provide operators with live data, enabling quick adjustments and reducing raw material waste significantly.
