On June 5, 2025, Shenzhen Autoware Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Autower") and Hydrogen Green Motion New Energy (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the Shenzhen Aotu Hongyi Base. The two parties will integrate their advantages in intelligent equipment and hydrogen energy technology to jointly promote the upgrading of the clean energy industry and contribute to the realization of the national dual carbon goals.
Zhang Xi, General Manager of Hydrogen Green Motion New Energy (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., Zhao Wentao, General Manager of Microgrid, Zhao Haibing, Project Director, and Zhang Fan, Engineer, accompanied by Cheng Ping, Chairman of Shenzhen Aotu, visited the Hongyi and Aochu production bases, and conducted on-site inspections of the intelligent equipment manufacturing system and energy storage technology achievements.During the visit, technical teams from both sides engaged in on-site exchanges on key technologies along the hydrogen energy value chain, with a focus on technical collaboration in photovoltaic hydrogen production, hydrogen energy storage, and hydrogen fuel cell power systems, laying the groundwork for future innovation and cooperation.
The signing ceremony commenced at 9 a.m., with Shen'ao Tu Deputy General Manager Xiang Aihua and Hydrogen Green Motion Microgrid General Manager Zhao Wentao signing the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Shen'ao Tu Chairman Cheng Ping and Hydrogen Green Motion General Manager Zhang Xi were among those in attendance.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in the deep integration of technological chains between Shen'ao Tu and Hydrogen Green Motion in the clean energy sector, with both parties aiming to achieve mutual benefits and shared growth in the large-scale production of hydrogen energy.

1. Joint Development of the Industrial Chain Ecosystem
Jointly invest in and construct a hydrogen-based fuel internal combustion engine generator plant, a low-carbon fuel intelligent equipment manufacturing base, and a zero-carbon demonstration factory/park to establish an integrated new energy industrial chain encompassing wind, solar, hydrogen, ammonia, and alcohol.
2. Technology R&D and Standard Setting
Leveraging the "Low-Carbon and Zero-Carbon Fuel Intelligent Supply System Yichang Key Laboratory" of Shendaotu and the hydrogen-based internal combustion engine R&D and testing base of Hydrogen Green Motion, jointly tackle key technologies for zero-carbon fuel intelligent equipment, and promote patent applications and industry standard formulation.
3. Global Market Expansion
Integrate Shendaotu's international channel resources covering 60 countries with Hydrogen Green Motion's "ammonia-hydrogen integrated fuel" technology advantages to jointly expand the global market for hydrogen-based fuel generator sets and intelligent refueling systems.
First batch of collaborative projects: Hubei Zero-Carbon Factory Innovation Center
Both parties will use Shendaotu's newly constructed 50,000-square-meter smart factory as the platform, with "photovoltaic-green hydrogen-hydrogen internal combustion engine peak-shaving power generation" as the core technological pathway, and equipped with a waste heat recovery system, to establish Hubei Province's first green power zero-carbon factory comprehensive energy innovation center, providing a benchmark model for industrial decarbonization.
Strategic Significance of the Partnership
As the Hubei Provincial Innovation Center for Modern Chemical Industry and Clean Energy High-End Intelligent Equipment, the Research and Development Center for Low-Carbon and Zero-Carbon Fuel Systems, and the Yichang Municipal Key Laboratory for Low-Carbon and Zero-Carbon Fuel Intelligent Supply Systems, Shendaotu has become the lead entity for the Yichang wind-solar-hydrogen-ammonia-ethanol zero-carbon and low-carbon new energy industry chain.
Through this strategic partnership with Hydrogen Green Motion, Shendaotu will focus on establishing the Yichang wind-solar-hydrogen-ammonia-ethanol zero-carbon and low-carbon new energy industry chain, hydrogen internal combustion engine vessels,the Yichang Key Laboratory for Low-Carbon and Carbon-Neutral Fuel Intelligent Supply Systems. Both parties will closely follow the national "dual carbon" goals, focus on the new energy sector, and jointly cultivate an industrial chain ecosystem based on zero-carbon and low-carbon fuels such as wind, solar, hydrogen, ammonia, and ethanol. They will also develop a new power system based on hydrogen-based fuel internal combustion engine systems, microgrid applications, Zero-carbon and low-carbon transportation power systems and accompanying intelligent refueling systems.
