The quality of the sealing ring of the loading arm determines the larger tolerance and angle deviation to be compensated, and thus determines the wear condition. When a problem occurs, how to replace it?
A. Loosen the connecting screw, remove the loading arm, and take out the old sealing ring;
B. Use gasoline to clean all parts of the rotary joint that are in contact with the sealing ring, and then apply a layer of grease to the new sealing ring;
C. Slowly rotate the outer ring of the loading arm and use a magnet to take out all the balls in the two raceways;
D. Exit the outer ring along the shaft and fold the inner and outer rings;
E. Take out the original dust ring or raceway sealing ring and put the new oil in the loading arm.
It should be noted that: after replacing the seal ring for the crane pipe, the rotary joint should be refilled with grease to avoid later wear.
