Enter Engineering's quality inspection expert Vijay came to our Hongyi Production Base
On July 15th and 16th, Vijay Ramesh Hujband took an in-depth inspection to Hongyi Production Base from two aspects --- Quality Control Audit List and Workshop Workflow.
About Quality Control Audit List
This list includes 20 class headings, in order to give an accurate answer for the list, the whole company worked together to fill the list according to various documents. For different questions in the list, different department employees came to the meeting room to show real examples and tell the realistic work process of their work.
Thanks to the solidarity and cooperation spirit of our work partners, the quality control audit list was tested smoothly. The more detailed and integrated documents to be listed will be completed in 10 days. However, our Autower International Business Department will try our best to accomplish it as soon as possible!
About the workshop workflow
Vijay is such a professional quality inspection expect! He checked so carefully about the workflow. In Workshop 1(Pressure Vessel & Vapor Recovery System Workshop),he was concerned about the calibration certificates of the machines. For example, there are several calibration certificates in the CO₂ arc welding machine. But the date seemed to have expired. After consulting with the system office staff, Chen Jinqiao,we found that the date on the label was the calibration date. The validity lasted for 1 year, so it's still efficient. Later, Vijay and Jimmy went to the other 5 workshops to check the working procedures.
In daily work, these 6 workshops already have very strict rules about production. Therefore, the inspection of the workflow was successful.
