Vapor Recovery Ship-to-Dock Safety Unit of Marine loading VRU system

In order to protect the safety of ships, docks and oil and gas recovery equipment, a device is installed between the oil and gas collection device and the oil and gas transportation device.

The Vapour Recovery Ship-to-Dock Safety Unit (hereinafter referred to as the "Ship-to-Dock Safety Unit") is generally composed of pipelines, manual shut-off valves, check devices, inert gas control valves, pressure sensors, high-speed vent/vacuum valves or pressure/vacuum relief valves, electric unloading valves, electric shut-off valves, gas-liquid separators, oxygen content sensors, detonation-proof flame arresters, gas flow meters, explosion-proof control boxes, and control systems, as shown in Figure 1.
