PTFE top loading skid is generally used for loading unloading of chemical liquid with relatively strong acid and alkali. The loading arm,instruments,pipes are lined with PTFE material. PTFE Top Loading Skid for Chemical Liquid has the function of anti-corrosion. Normally it is used for loading sulfuric acid.

The fluorine-lined loading skid is a cost-effective solution for transporting highly corrosive chemical media (such as fuming sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, caustic soda, etc.). It combines the strength of steel pipes with the corrosion resistance of fluoroplastics but requires more careful operation and maintenance than stainless steel skids (specifically avoiding negative pressure and impact).

No Negative Pressure: Fluorine-lined piping is generally strictly prohibited from use under negative pressure (vacuum), as external atmospheric pressure can easily collapse the soft inner lining.

Avoid Thermal Shock: Although temperature-resistant, rapid temperature fluctuations (thermal shock) can cause the lining to crack or separate from the steel shell.
