Automated Tank Truck Loading & Metering Skid System in N'Djamena, Chad

Project Overview: Configuration of a central control computer system alongside 18 automated loading gantries, each equipped with dedicated control system hardware.
Products Loaded: Gasoline, Diesel, Jet Fuel
Project Background: Previously, vehicle loading operations in Chad were conducted entirely manually, resulting in numerous safety hazards and low production efficiency.Prior to the system installation, fuel depot and terminal operations in N'Djamena, Chad faced severe operational bottlenecks. Manual vehicle loading operations resulted in frequent volume discrepancies, safety risks during hazardous liquid transfer and loading, and low throughput for the local distribution of gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel.
Technical Configuration:
To upgrade the oil terminal's infrastructure, Autoware provided an end-to-end skid-mounted loading solution tailored for extreme climate conditions in Central Africa:
18 Automated Loading Gantries: Equipped with high-precision flow meters, electro-hydraulic control valves, and explosion-proof batch controllers (PLC-based).
Central Control SCADA System: Enables real-time data monitoring, automated flow control, volume temperature compensation, and instant emergency shut-off.
Multi-Product Handling: Designed for safe, accurate metering of Gasoline, Diesel, and Aviation Jet Fuel.
Integrated Safety System: Integrated with Overfill Grounding Protectors and vapor recovery interfaces to prevent spills and static hazards.
