Condensation + adsorption method
Principle and process:
The condensation + adsorption process combination can generally condense vapour to -75℃ (multi-stage cooling) according to the medium properties. Alkanes above C3 are basically condensed and recovered, with a recovery rate of more than 90%. The remaining small amount of alkanes is sent to the adsorption system for adsorption treatment, and the qualified tail gas is discharged after adsorption; after desorption, a small amount of vapour returns to the system inlet for circulation. The overall recovery rate can reach more than 97%. The setting of the refrigeration temperature is designed and formulated according to different working conditions.
