Products Description
The top loading skid group is mostly a simple skid-mounted group. The top skid group structure is simple. The width of the single-sided loading skid is about 0.5 to 1 meter and the length is about 2 to 4.5 meters. The loading arm is installed on the side.
The core components of a top loading skid include a batch controller, flow meter, control valve, and safety protection equipment such as an electrostatic overflow protector.
Working Principle
Positioning: The tank car/truck is parked at the loading bay.
Connection: The operator lowers the loading arm, adjusts the angle and height, and inserts the drop pipe into the feed port on top of the tank car.
Sealing and Grounding: The sealing cap presses against the tank opening, and safety equipment like the electrostatic overflow protector is connected.
Automatic Loading: The batch controller activates, opening the valve for fluid transfer. Simultaneously, the vapor recovery system operates to recover displaced gases.
Completion: Upon completion of loading, residual liquid in the pipe is drained (if applicable), and the loading arm is raised and stowed.
