The Mixed Loading Skid System features fully automated, end-to-end functions designed to achieve efficient, precise, and safe loading operations:

1. Precision Metering:

Capable of real-time, high-precision measurement of instantaneous flow and accumulated mass for different materials. Metering accuracy can reach ±0.1%, meeting the strict requirements of trade settlement.

2. Intelligent Proportioning & Mixing:

Based on preset formulas or ratios, the system automatically adjusts the flow of component materials and ensures uniform mixing via static mixers, guaranteeing stable final product quality.

3. Quantitative Loading:

The total loading amount can be preset. The system automatically controls the loading process and stops upon reaching the set value, enabling automated operations with unattended or minimal intervention.

4. Data Management & Communication:

The system records and stores batch loading data (time, material, quantity, etc.) and can interface with upper-level SCADA, ERP, or TMS systems via Industrial Ethernet, Modbus, and other protocols for data upload and remote monitoring.

Working Principle

The system operates as a closed-loop automatic control process. The core workflow is as follows:

1. Startup & Permissives: The system checks safety conditions before starting.

2. Sequence Control: The system opens valves for the corresponding pipelines and starts the transfer pumps according to preset logic, initiating material flow.

3. Real-time Feedback & Regulation: As materials flow through the metering unit, instruments like mass flowmeters feed signals (flow, density) back to the PLC controller. The controller compares real-time data with setpoints and dynamically adjusts the control valve opening via PID algorithms to precisely control instantaneous flow and ensure mixing ratio accuracy.

4. Mixing & Loading: Precisely metered components enter the mixer, are thoroughly blended, and are then loaded into tank trucks via loading arms.

5. Cut-off on Target: When the accumulated load approaches the preset value, the system automatically switches to a low-flow mode. Upon reaching the exact setpoint, it immediately closes valves and stops pumps, completing the loading and generating a full batch record.

6. Exception Handling: Throughout the process, the Safety Interlock Unit continuously monitors operations. In the event of static grounding disconnection, overpressure, flow anomalies, or an ESD trigger, the system immediately interrupts loading and executes an emergency shutdown procedure to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
